Therapy
Grove Manor's rehabilitation department offers a full continuum of care for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services. Physical Therapy focuses on ambulation and the prevention/treatment of poor coordination, wounds, impaired balance, pain, weakness, and movement dysfunction. Upon discharge from Grove Manor, the therapy staff provides residents with a comprehensive home exercise program. Occupational Therapy strives to assist individuals in regaining their independence with activities of daily living. We offer community reintegration programs such as shopping, visits to restaurants as well as home assessments to ensure a safe return to the home environment. A speech-language pathologist (SLP) provides evaluation and treatment for the speech and language difficulties, swallowing disorders, and cognitive retraining. Speech-language pathologists develop an individualized plan of care, tailored to each patient's needs. Through the therapy process compensatory techniques are developed to ensure a successful completion of the therapy process.

Worship Services
Grove Manor has in-house chaplains who provide non-denominational weekly services in our chapel, bible studies, and hospital visits. Spiritual counseling for patients/residents/families is available upon request.
