At Grove Manor, Rehabilitation and Therapy programming and treatment plans are individually developed to assist individuals with transitioning from hospital to home, or to a lower level of care or for those requiring long-term care services.
The experienced and dedicated rehabilitation team, consisting of physical, occupational and speech therapists are committed to providing treatment programs for a variety of health conditions.
Our therapists work together with your physician and our nursing team to help you reach your goals. Educating, coaching and promoting resident self-management are all part of our therapy programs.

Physical Therapy
A form of rehabilitative health utilizing exercises, equipment and modern medical technology to help individuals regain balance, improve body mechanics and increase strength and mobility.
Occupational Therapy
Programming for those with ability impaired by injury, surgery, illness or developmental disabilities. Programs address the individual goals for daily living skills, safety and sensorimotor needs to aide in recovery.
Speech Therapy
Provides a multitude of services for individuals in need of speech, language, communication, cognitive abilities and swallowing function treatments.
