Grove Manor is known for our caring and compassionate approach to your care. Skilled Nursing Services are provided twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We provide advanced medical care and services for individuals in need of post-acute care after a hospital stay, recovery from onset of illness or injury, surgical recovery or for those in need of care related to chronic disease management. Post-Operative Care
Post-operative care refers to the care a patient receives following a surgical procedure. This may include pain management and wound care. The type of postoperative care required depends on the type of surgery performed.
Comprehensive Wound Care
Comprehensive wound care focuses on the evaluation and treatment of chronic wounds using advanced wound care technologies, as well as the utilization of traditional medical therapies.
Palliative Care
Palliative care is specialized medical care for people with serious illnesses. It provides patients with relief from symptoms and supportive end of life care. The goal is to improve quality of life for both the patient and the family.
Digestive Disease Support
Digestive disease support includes distribution of information and resources for persons who need assistance seeking relief of digestive issues ranging from Crohn's and Colitis, IBS, cancer, and malnutrition.
Infusion Therapies
Infusion therapy involves the administration of medication through a needle or catheter. It is prescribed when a patient's condition is so severe that it cannot be treated effectively by oral medications.
Renal Disease Care
Dialysis, the artificial process of eliminating waste and unwanted water from the blood, may be used for patients who have become ill and have acute kidney failure, or for patients who have permanently lost kidney function.
